RETURN POLICY
MBK wants you to be happy with. Making the best clothing for diabetics is our priority. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged garments for a full refund within 30 day of the original purchase by sending the item in its original package with tags/stickers. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
START A RETURN
To start a return please follow these steps:

Email hello@mbkwear.com to initiate a return.

Please specify if you will return the item using your own choice of shipping or request a prepaid label. When using our pre-paid label, $7.50 will be deducted from the refund.

Please ensure that all stickers and tags are still intact and the garment is in the original packaging and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Upon receipt you will receive a confirmation of the the items receipt and notice of the refund.
SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package.

Orders typically take between 24-28 hours to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business day for order to be shipped.

Once delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
